Health & nutrition
We’re as committed to your family’s health as you are. We’re continually improving our breakfast cereals to make them as healthy as they can be without compromising on the great taste that you love.
Our breakfast cereals are typically low in fat, especially saturated fat, and we use whole grain in all our cereals. You can find out more here. Cereals such as Shredded Wheat, Shreddies, Cheerios and Oats & More are a good source of whole grain and fibre. Nestlé cereals also typically provide 25% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamins and minerals per serve.
Several of our cereals contain no added sugar and salt at all, and we've removed partially hydrogenated fats completely.
After all, you wouldn't expect anything else from the name you trust to supply you with the most important meal of the day.
Nestlé breakfast cereals make a great start to the day for you and your family: not only are they nutritious, they are also quick and enjoyable to eat.
We have made the guideline daily amount (GDA) information even clearer on the front of all Nestlé cereal packets, so that you can choose the right cereal for you quickly and easily.
Breakfast cereals, while being relatively low in calories, are a primary source of essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and fibre.
Here you can find lists of which Nestlé cereals are suitable for people with special dietary requirements. As we are constantly improving our products, we recommend that you always check the label.
